該產品為白***末狀，內含多種活性成分，以期***限度地除去管子內表面的氧化鐵皮。

●  Descriptions

   The product is in white powder,containing a variety of active ingredients, with a view to maximizing to removethe oxide skin on the inner su***ce of the tube.

●產品特點

1. 當鋼管毛坯被穿孔后，內表面上同時也存在大量的氧化鐵皮，有的與管壁相連，用風難以吹去。使用本產品可使氧化鐵皮即時掉落，并被風吹去，軋制時可得到更光滑的內表面。

2. 具有一定的潤滑特性，有效改善后步軋制時的潤滑效果。

●  Features of the product

1. When the rough-ray tube was perforated,certain iron oxide skin is made on the inner su***ce of the tube at the sametime, and some connected to the wall, which is difficult to remove by wind.This product enables to remove the oxide skin quickly and blown away by wind,and can get rolling with a smooth su***ce.

2. The product has certain lubricatingproperties,effectively improves the result to the following rolling process.

該產品以硼酸鹽為主要成分，內加活性劑、高溫速溶劑、高溫粘性劑等，可有效除去管子內表面的氧化鐵皮。組成如下：

硼酸鹽   50~60%  

活性劑   13~15%  

速溶劑   20~26%  

粘性劑   10~16%  

阻燃劑   1~1.5%
